The Opti'System® is an innovative product, which measures the filling level of an existing drop-off bank or underground container, and informs the collection company and / or local authority of the needs of a collection, remotely.
Each bank or container has its own SIM card and calling number, like a mobile phone. The measure message is sent via SMS.
The operator can choose a target in cm, above which the bank or container needs to be collected. This can be changed at any time to allow for fluctuations in waste (for example in tourist areas).
Each bank or container is configurated with its GPS coordinates and calling number, and registered with its corresponding address and the desired maximum filling level. The software allows the different locations to be viewed on a map.
The containers that are empty or filling level has not yet been reached appear in green, and those which need to be emptied show in red. This mapping allows for optimisation of the collection rounds, and eliminates wasted journeys and unnecessary emptying (especially useful in remote areas).
The software produces three types of reports:
